a bit about me

Hello! I'm Leah, an Enneagram enthusiast based in Seattle, WA, where I've proudly called home for as long as I can remember. Over the past 20 years, I have enjoyed a fulfilling and loving marriage with my supportive husband, as we navigate the beautiful journey of raising two remarkable teenagers. Our lives are filled with creative engineering projects, cheering on our soccer star during matches, and the companionship of our beloved chocolate lab.

In addition to my passion for the Enneagram, I find joy in connecting with others and engaging in meaningful conversations that inspire personal growth and transformation. I believe in the power of understanding ourselves and those around us, fostering empathy, compassion, and genuine connections. Through my own life experiences and ongoing exploration, I strive to guide individuals towards a life of purpose, fulfillment, and thriving relationships.

I am thrilled to be on this journey, and I would be honored to accompany you on your own path of self-discovery and personal growth. Let's embark on this transformative adventure together!

my enneagram story

I encountered the Enneagram during what I perceived as the biggest failure of my life, a time when I felt completely disconnected from the world, myself, and the people who mattered most to me. Despite my desperate attempts to find quick fixes and follow "5 easy steps" to transformation, I only ended up feeling like an even greater failure, constantly disappointing myself in the process. I felt utterly stuck.

Then, a friend recommended the book "A Road Back to You" by Ian Morgan Cron and Suzanne Stabile. From the moment I started reading, I was captivated. One Enneagram type, in particular, struck a chord with me—the Type 3, also known as "The Successful Achiever" or "Performer." It hit me hard, peering deep into my soul, uncovering my hidden secrets and insecurities. Suddenly, everything began to fall into place.

Each Enneagram type possesses core motivations that shape their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. For Type 3s, the fear of failure and the need to be perceived as successful drive their actions. As someone who had always been a performer, whether on stage or in front of a camera, I had grown accustomed to pursuing success relentlessly. But now, faced with a lack of achievement, my self-image crumbled, and I felt like a failure. Understanding my core motivations brought clarity and, for the first time, allowed me to extend grace to myself.

Discovering the Enneagram sparked an insatiable desire within me to learn and share its wisdom. That's why I'm driven to coach others who are tired, frustrated, and trapped in the "what" of their lives. I firmly believe there is hope, and the Enneagram serves as an invaluable tool to bring clarity to the "why" behind our actions. It would be my privilege to partner with you on your own Enneagram journey and help you uncover your type.
