HOW DOES COACHING WORK?

Having a coach is similar to having a personal trainer. You have someone with the knowledge, expertise, and background necessary to help you transform certain areas of your life. They can guide you to make changes and show you proven methods to help you do so. But ultimately, the results are dependent on your hard work. The amount of assistance you get depends on the type of coaching you choose. We’ll discuss which option is right for you on our discovery call.

WHAT DOES A COACHING SESSION LOOK LIKE?  

Typically my clients will select a 6 session package. This includes a 60 min Typing Session to discover their core type, followed by 5 intensive 60 min sessions using professional worksheets to guide through the complexities of the Enneagram specific to their learned type. Material covered includes: Core Motivations, Paths of Stress & Growth, Triads, Wings, Instincts, Alignment, Childhood Messages, Defense Mechanisms and more.

HOW CAN I BE  THE MOST COACHABLE?

The clients who do the work and commit to implementing the advice and coaching they receive see the best results. They complete their homework, work on their mindset, and utilize the tools and resources available during the coaching process

SHOULD I DO GROUP OR 1:1 COACHING?

The decision to do group versus individual coaching depends on various factors, including how much personalized attention you need and want, how much you thrive in a community, and your ability to invest in a coaching relationship.
